We have between 10 and 20 EWay users. If any ONE of them submits a single transaction with an invalid merchant id, EWay essentially blocks all further requests from our entire network. So, a single bad transaction from a single customer can cause ALL customer's EWay integrations to stop working.

This isn't our choice - it's a fraud prevention measure put in place by EWay. We just have to figure out how to operate within their parameters. We understand how *absolutely critical* this is to your business and are working hard with EWay to get a permanent fix.
