I have a suggestion that I am not sure is transferable to your type of Insurance.

I have a client who does life, health, auto and home insurance. The way he has really started to generate traffic is by talking to leasing agents at appartment complexes.

Leasing agents like using him because they can't get the lease signed until renters insurance is established. My client also spiff's them a gift certificate for people they send his way.

The insurance deals he gets are renters insurance but he is then able to convert/upsell people to all other types of insurance if it's a good fit.

It's made him the leading rep in his region in just 6 months. (His site was done using InfusionSoft forms and follow-up methods BTW)

Is there a very low entry insurance type that most people don't want to bother with?

Can you get whoever is dealing with that headache to send those people to your site instead of having to deal with it? You can spiff them or not but if it makes their life easier then it's a no brainer for them.

The answers are. Good old standard SEO techniques. Make sure all you meta data is set up right, make sure you have done the google URL thing and put up a complaint Sitemap. Get as many inbound links at you can. Tune all your pictures and a finally use VIDEO.

Specifically get rid of all that scripting, get rid of 90% of you keywords and change your Title, Description and Picture names and alt tags to reelect what your page is about. Currently none of yours would be doing you any good whatsoever, may even be hurting you.

All the above would be a great start.

One of the things that I am seeing and hearing alot about from some pretty successful marketers is using offline direct mail marketing that drives traffic to your squeeze page as a lead generation tool.

Most of the people that I am talking to about this are using inexpensive, multi-step postcard campaigns to very targeted groups. Some of them are using "PURL'S" to catch the person's attention and have their name in the url that they have to type in.

I am working on just getting a campaign like this started. I am a financial advisor and work mainly with young professionals. I have a list of young professionals and business owners in my area (ages 30-35, married, with kids, household income $150 and up)...

I just started fooling around with wordpress and I am trying to figure out how to simply get a landing page set up that stands alone and captures contact info similarly to how you have yours set up.

My difference is that I am going to be offering both online and offline tools. They can either sign up for a 12 week eCourse or a physically mailed free report, which is essentially a content rich long copy sales letter.

My problem is that I know nothing about html or css code. any suggestions on easy applications that would allow me to get the squeeze page set up quickly and easily? I am running into alot of problems with wordpress.
