For the life of me I can not figure out how to delete a contact within my CRM? Must of overlooked something. Anyone have a quick tip or reference to this within the CRM help?

Hi John, Yes, you are definitely overlooking the delete button! It's right under the "billing address" area, beside the Save and Save & Search buttons.

You have to have admin rights and be able to delete but you should just open the contact and in the middle of the screen by the save there is another button for delete.
It is that easy but make sure you have the proper rights under your permissions.

How to delete a contact is pretty apparent... assuming you have the correct user permissions to do so, otherwise the delete button is simply not there.
Assuming you have admin permissions, you can correct this by clicking on the Admin Settings link in the upper right corner of the CRM, going under User Permissions, then clicking Manage Permissions for the affected user. Find the Contact section on the permissions window that comes up and change "Can delete" to Yes. Then hit save at the bottom and you should now find that delete button on your contact records as per the screenshot posted here earlier. Hope that helps.
