We're a fast growing business thanks due to infusion automation.

However we ship physical products and the only way we've been able to create shipments is to export the order fulfillment reports into a excel spreadsheet. We are then required to manually cut and paste each name, street, apt, postal, phone #, email, order # individually into the UPS shipping system.

Secondly after the shipment is created we're required to cut and paste each tracking number into each individual order (in clients contact record).

After inviting UPS to our office to assist with finding a solution to our problem, we were graced with 4 of their integration experts. All of whom informed us that it was as simple as Infusionsoft integrating with UPS. After speaking with Infusionsoft tech support we're informed that this is not possible.

We're extremely disappointed as this is one of the very basic functions of any online checkout especially with one of the major international shipping organization, UPS.

Many of our orders are international and we spend more time chasing down customers for extra shipping costs than our profit margin allows.

I am confident someone in this community ships physical products, or varying size, weight and shipping rates internationally.

Currently my only option is spending an additional 10k to have a custom shopping cart built that will allow for seamless integration, via API w/ Infusionsoft.

Anyone with a positive solution to my problem please contact me soonest as I require to have this solved yesterday rather than tomorrow. I am confident that by using these means we'll have the Infusion developers find us a viable solution soonest.
