Any way to import orders? 1 Month, 1 Week ago Karma: 0
Although the documentation indicates that the import from a csv file does not work on orders, is there a work around? My company needs to import orders daily until we can get an API solution up and running and really don't want to have to manually enter each order. I found this feature works easily on importing contacts, but we need more. Thanks.

Karen,
There is a advanced import option in the back end of your application that you would have to ask support to activate. This will allow you to import orders.

Infusionsoft does not support this feature. So if you need help doing it or mess something up you are on your own.

hope the sheds a little light.

Wow, it must be a buggy feature if they don't support it. That's not good but it is nice to know it's available if we want to go that route. I think I give Infusionsoft a call and get more info. Thanks!

Karen - We have an import script for orders that we use with ZenCart and are now adapting it for an excel file.

If you need help then please send of two or three lines of dummy data and I will let you know if this is something our script can handle for you.

I think the file is attached now. It is a zip file so needs to be extracted. Anything you can do to help is appreciated!
