Make sure that you test this while NOT logged into your application.

I believe that the only one of those image upload areas work for viewing externally of being logged in.

I would suggest going into your email template and make a new html email. Then just use the add an image icon to upload your image to the server. Then you can see the url right before you insert it. This is a guaranteed way to make sure everyone can see your infusionsoft hosted images.
