I think I found a bug in the IS system and have reported a ticket.

I created a web form and added the captcha code to run. Once testing the form you enter in the code and hit submit and the page that comes up is an error page telling u the code was wrong....even if its correct. We tested with case sensitive, and not case sensitive...neither was right.

We tested this about 10 times and finally the form actually stopped working and froze up the browser I was using....tested in IE and Firefox....

Must do a restart for the IS system to work properly.

Anyone else having the same issue?

I had the same problem but only with IE...not Firefox. I found this in the FuseBox questions (https://infusionsoft.helpstream.biz/Question.jsp?id=8a781f6020b808ed0120fc5636fe2c33), so I believe InfusionSoft already knows it is an issue and is working to fix the problem. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon.

I have found the captcha to be quite broken. The error described often appears, and sometime the image simply says n/a.

Its also obnoxiously hard to read.

Looking at the form stats you can see the amount of repeat submissions, presumably due to captcha error... its over 50%
