As I said, I'm happy to elevate this for further review, but beyond that, I can't commit to anything that our product does not currently do.
I don't know how to provide such a workaround, other than preparing a template that details the definition of the taxes and possibly storing them in custom fields. Ugly yes, but again for full disclosure here, I don't know much about invoice templates.
Our software is strongly marketed toward the US segment. We do very little international marketing except with our CMACs who assess our software against the current markets' needs in their regions.
(Example: Marc Summers is a great UK CMAC who is able to match the right businesses the need to use our software and set them up so they pair properly.)
We're getting there, little by little. Soon, we will be standing up a CDN that will allow greater speeds, lower access times for all our JavaScript and CSS -- which will be a major boost to our global users.
Obviously regulatory matters pose a greater danger to our users than suggestions, so that has been noted and escalated. The more you can share examples of the problem, the more we will be able to adapt to that.
