I print a label in infusionsoft it creates an XML file and then opens it in Word. Word seems to open it as an XML file and not as a label.

I asked the question to support and they said it was a Word Problem.

Has anyone else fixed this issue ?

I've had the same issue. The fix seems to be upgrading to Office 2008 for Mac. Files open fine now.

Strange. Office 2004 for Mac opens every other Word file I've encountered – those created within Infusionsoft are the only problem ones. Go figure.

Are these isolated to Macs only or are PCs/Windows affected?

It seems it's an Office _2004_ for Mac issue only. The problem Word file opened fine on a PC, and there's no problem when opened in Office _2008_ for Mac.

I am on PC not Mac.. so my issue is a PC issue.
