Task custom Fields not saving 12 Months ago Karma: 0  
I added some custom fields to my tasks.

Then I add a task with those filled in.

Then I go back to the task and all my custom fields are not filled in.

it does not seem to saving the custom field data.

Does not make those fields too useful.

Yup - I could duplicate the problem. I opened a support ticket and linked it to your account: Ticket #98002 - You can use that ticket number to follow up with our support dept.

The ticket was created in our old ticketing system. And, I am happy to report, one of our developers resolved it yesterday so the fix should go live in a near-future maintenance release.

hey guys, in my account a couple custom fields are completely DELETED without my intervention!

i cant believe it...

two i definitely had are completely gone... for no reason.

any known issues regarding this?

i just found out the custom fieds exist in the system, but they do not show when i browse a contact...!?

what am i doing wrong?

The custom field, I was referring to are on the tasks.

But to answer your question. When you create the fields you then assign them to a tab. And they can be found under that tab.
