Tim,
Just wanted to let you know that the "ERROR" message will yield us a detailed error when a Support representative reviews your application. These error messages are usually nasty like "Java nullException..." and not productive.
We don't expect clients to have to debug our application; rather, we expect them to notify us and open a ticket when there is an error.
I hear ya though -- the errors should be more descriptive since you could interpret that as an error on your part instead of the software.
