Quickbooks integration help? 1 Year, 3 Months ago Karma: 0
I'm having no success integrating infusion with Quickbooks. I've spent an hour on the phone with an accountant and also read the Infusion guide, but nothing is importing. I have Quickbook 2007 Premier.

Is there anyone who has other tips or who to hire for help? My accountant friend suggested using a third party application.

Thanks for your help!

Welcome Jean, thanks for sharing your question on the community.

*Updated, thanks Justin for the clarification below!*

Forgive me, I don't have any experience with Quickbooks, but I believe you should be able to export your data into an IIF format from Infusionsoft. Afterward, you can import the data into Quickbooks.

From what I hear, this can become pretty time consuming to do on a regular basis, but is good to keep track of orders and such.

Perhaps you can clarify the issue you're having further and other Infusion users here can share their solution on the matter.

Joe,

Actually, isn't it the other way around?

According to the IFF Feature referrence manual:
 This is not a bi-directional sync. You may export data from Infusionsoft into QuickBooks but not the other way around.

I believe JRiggins is correct here. You may export data from Infusionsoft in IIF format, which can then be moved into QuickBooks.

The ability to export in IIF format requires activation of a plugin on your application. If you need this turned on give us a call in support and we will be glad to assist you!
