Go to Order tab, click on the Products, choose a product, the number at the end of the URL is the product id, same with contact, actions and other stuff like that.
Easy way to find something if you have named stuff badly is to just up the numbers on the end of the product url until you find what it is you need, quicker than going back and forward in the app.
