So far phase one of this script is ready.

Phase one is the customer synching - new customers can be added to InfusionSoft with the click of a button. (or it can be run via a cron job)

It is something that I can install for you on your zencart installation - The cost of this equates to one hours work on my part $100

However - Phase 2 - order synching is 7 days away.

Phase 3 - Product synching was something we were going to do afterwards - however it is close to completion too - possibly 10 days.

So you may wish to wait.

How many people use Zen-Cart and would be interested in this system?

are these 1 or 2-way synchs? We want to implement sophisticated cart with I/S, like ZenCart, and with customer, order and product synchs it would seal the deal!

It is a 1 way synch.

1 - look at customer list in zencart - synch any new users into infusionsoft.
2 - look at products in zencart - synch any new products into infusionsoft
3 - look at any new orders in zencart - synch any new orders into infusionsoft with payment status

so if all leads come from Infusionsoft first, when they finally buy in zen cart, is the synch sophisticated enough to NOT create a NEW user but find the existing user and add his/her order (i.e., user already in infusionsoft but not yet in zen cart)?

how close to finished is this (Phases 1 and 2 - customer and order synch?) your post 8 days ago said 7 days to go... Product synching is far less important to us, but might be nice down the road. Thanks!

Marc, this is great news. IS really needs a shopping cart solution.

Question... Does the order sync recognize either the product id's or the product categories? Either would work for me. It would be great to run action sets based on particular items purchased in zen cart.

Is it possible to get an update? I'm anxious to know if I can use a cart that can accommodate 400-500 SKUs and push the info to Infusionsoft for the follow-up.

ZenCart to InfusionSoft Importer.

1 - orders made in zen cart
2 - customer is checked to see if in InfusionSoft
2a - Customer is added if not there
3 - products are checked from order to see if in InfusionSoft
3a - products are added if not there
4 - Order is checked to see if in InfusionSoft
4a - Order is added if not there
5 - Payment is checked to see if in InfusionSoft
5a - Order is marked as paid (for all or if a certain status id is set)



This means that all future and past sales can be imported into InfusionSoft so that you have all your past data and future sales in one place.

Does this allow for credit card capture to enable recurring billing/orders?

Zen cart does not store the full card details so cc capture would not be possible.

Any ideas on how you would like this to work - anything is possible
