I am a software developer and I am looking to do the same thing myself. I have a contact with SendOutCards. I will let you know what I find out.

George,

Here is the response from SendOutCards:

Sendoutcards does not interface with any other companies software or servers.

What we do is import and export. The common import and export is with a text tab delimited file.

If InfusionSoft has a export feature into a text tab delimited form then your friend will be able to enjoy Sendoutcards.

What this means is that there is no way to automatically transfer the information from InfusionSoft to SendOutCards. You would have to go through these steps:

1. Export Contacts in Infusion to CSV
2. Open the CSV file in Excel.
3. Save the file as Tab Delimited Format.
4. Import the Contacts into SendOutCards

I am going to try to find an alternate DirectMail Vendor that has an API.

I found on the partner site of Infusionsoft that this company was listed as being affiliated with Infusionsoft and sendout cards and I think they have a link to it. You may want to contact them.

http://clicknprintcards.com/

Let me know if they offer a link.

ClickNPrint Cards does not have a link between InfusionSoft and SendOutCards. There is a third party that is doing something with this. It is in beta. I am going to sign up to be one of the beta testers. I will let you know when it is ready.

I've checked with SendOutCards on this request a while back.

They provided me a response indicating that they support manual CSV file imports. Assuming the process was consistent, one could make it a weekly task they perform perhaps.

We currently do not have anything such as this set up. The only real way
to get those contacts imported into the SOC system would be to export them
from the current system they are in to an Excel file, where they would
then be able to be uploaded to their SendOutCards account. If you have
any additional questions, please feel free to contact customer service; we
would be happy to assist you. Have a great day!
Thank you,
James

I have a system called Internet Automater. www.Internetautomater.com

The solution allows you to easily connect Infusion (or any othe CRM that can merge and send email, including MS Outlook.) to your SOC account. I have templates already prepared for Infusionsoft. All you need to do is create a new task template and paste the body in. There are a few fields that need to customzied to your account and card campaign.

IA will add contacts to SOC, if needed, send cards when instructed, and even let you know when your SOC balances are below your set limit. For an automated marketer, it only makes sense to use Internet Automater to send cards.

Call me at 866-343-2345 for a full tour.
