Hi, Joe,
as I open this members' section i am struck by this quote: "As an Infusionsoft user, you already know that Infusionsoft liberates and empowers small businesses like yours by putting your marketing, sales, and customer service initiatives on auto-pilot."
Well, any community is only the sum and reflection of the attitudes of its users.
I entered the community with high expectations. After all, Clate's concept is superb. I assigned large scale team to getting our small (8 employess) business onto IS including the affiliate system because I agreed with everything Clate said about customer service in the digital age. People looking at buying IS even read my testimonial!
So to say i am committed is an understatement. our entire business future is in the hands of you and your team. if you deliver, we all prosper. if you don't.. the crash will resound across the web faster than Michael Jackson's demise.
And you know, in our honeymoon phase your service was excellent. A few minor hitches in education gap with some of your guys, but hey, I have history. i know this is actually better than usual for similar organisations.
So.. we spent four months readying our business for the step to affiliate system. Three weeks after launch, your support dispapeared. It's been 3 weeks since I lodged a request to return the affiliate's profile in their resoucre centre, and I only had a reply and a promise after bitching publicly on this forum. Now it's THREE EFFIN' weeks and still no action, nor any action on requests from my web designer's requests to fix a yawning hole in the way IS assigns affiliates.
So I return to my original point. A community is the sum total of the attitudes of its residents. I am willing to return to my role as a supportive happy resident but at the moment i liken you to the guy next door who mows his lawn at 5 am Sunday. You ain't talkin' so why should I mind your kids?
Action please.
