I have come to like Mozilla Firefox. With just one click it will open all the taps from my prior sessions. Easy to save and bookmark sites to the tool bar. I have also download the plug feature that allows me to use it just like an IE browser.

I generally stay away from IE... My first Browser was Mosaic... which I used for years... then went to Netscape, rarely IE. Microsoft was a leader in OS, but had to be prodded into the browser business.

I still have problems with getting my websites to exhibit properly using IE.... all the other browsers it works great.... been using Chrome recently and I am impressed, with that...

Why switch from Firefox?... My Firewall and AntiVirus programs have severally slowed down when using Firefox.

Firefox. It works all the time and doesn't give me headaches. I work most on a Mac. IE gave me lots of headaches. Just like my pc's did.

For years now, I've been a Firefox user, and I love it. Seems like every month that goes by, they keep making it better and better, until now, it's lean, fast and functional. Not to mention virus and spyware are significantly reduced by using it.

We owe a great debt to Netscape for open sourcing their browser all those years ago, that gave birth to the firefox project.

I'm using Firefox for years! i love it so much..it has add-ons and other very good features that IE doesn't have.

Firefox seems to be universally loved. Too bad IE doesn't get this same level of devotion. Maybe they will figure it out.

If W3C says firefox, who am I to complain?
Although I do see a pattern of overbloating in the last 1-2 years, the road that maid mozilla a pain in the end.

On a sidenote: There are no IE-only websites. If it doesn't work on firefox, it's probably not W3C compliant. It's some sort of application simply using a webserver for communication, not a website.
