Folks,
Several of you have been great at staying updated but as we transition our Community platform to another technology, we want to make sure you are adequately informed about outages or system-wide changes that may affect your Infusionsoft experience.
We are in the works of standing up a new blog on the Web completely dedicated to documenting nearly all issues which we're aware of.
I believe it is greatly important to be transparent in our disclosure of system status. In addition, this new blog on the Web will feed into other parts of your Infusionsoft experience, so we only need to update one system to communicate to you in an non-intrusive way.
Please stay tuned for further information on these changes. We'll also inform our customers when we get complete the transition.
