Hey folks, At this time, there are two known issues which impact clients at this time. - Bug: Helpdesk Notifications, Links Not Functional - Bug: Unable to Export Reports in IIF Format --- If you need any help, please feel free to browse the Knowledge Base or contact the support team. --- ~Joe
