Hey folks,
For users who utilize the Infusionsoft Helpdesk module, users who receive ticket notifications (updates) via e-mail, the link isn't functional.
Our Support and Systems teams are aware of the issue and will have it fixed probably within mid-November.
DETAILS When recipients receive a ticket update, the link to view their ticket direct them to the Infusionsoft login screen instead of viewing their ticket directly. These users don't have a login as it sends them to the Infusionsoft application's login screen, for which most don't have a username or password.
WORKAROUND For Infusionsoft clients, access your tickets directly by going to the Help menu then click View my tickets. Unfortunately, there is not a workaround for clients.
