Some Infusionsoft users may experience difficulty exporting data from Infusionsoft. The good news is, there is a relatively simple workaround until this is fixed.
Our Support and Systems teams are aware of the issue and will have it fixed soon.
DETAILS When clients perform a search for People (for example), and they attempt to export the list, they may receive an error. This error is because there isn't a Contact ID associated in the results.
WORKAROUND In the search results, click "Edit Criteria/Columns..." and under the Columns tab, ensure the ID within the "Custom Columns" section. Click OK and attempt to export your data again.
