Hey folks,
Some Infusionsoft users may experience difficulty logging into Infusionsoft if they forgot their password.
Our Support and Systems teams are aware of the issue and will have it fixed promptly.
DETAILS
Clients who forget their password and use the Forgot Password feature and attempt to proceed through the login may have trouble doing so.
This only impacts people who forgot their password. There is currently no workaround at this time.
Our technicians are aware of the issue and a patch will be deployed shortly which will remedy this bug.
