unrelated to your Infusionsoft application!
We've been noticing an increase in failed login attempts on the Infusionsoft Community; as well as support concerns being driven as a result of an incorrect password.
For any clients who do not have their username or password try the following steps:
- Attempt the Automated Password Recovery, located here.
- If you don't know your Username, or aren't sure if you have an account, attempt to locate your username here.
- Check your e-mail for any messages from "Community@infusionsoft.com" Check your Junk/Bulk mail folders too, just in case.
- If no e-mails have arrived (give it about 5 minutes), send an e-mail to Community@infusionsoft.com with your full name, e-mail address, and your username (if you know it). We'll reset it for you and send you your new password within one business day.
This problem is not anything that you've done. It appears to be related to our Web application's (Joomla) interaction with the database.
Again, this has nothing to do with your Infusionsoft application; as this is only isolated to the Infusionsoft Community.
