Looking at the future through the clearing haze rising from the mortgage meltdown wars, I wanted to broaden my field of focus so that I could influence a wider range of business sectors.
As a manager in my own company, I was often training new hires, servicing my existing clients, implementing marketing strategies and maintaining the company computer network. Being flexible and focusing on several tasks at once was always status quo…having to meet deadlines constantly was a part of daily internal operations. I successfully built and launched several websites for the company, for lead generation and also for back office functionality.
As a small business owner myself, I have a good understanding of marketing. We all need customers, both new and repeat business, to grow and sustain our businesses. To secure that business, my marketing has gone all over the place...Internet Ads, Direct Mail, Telemarketing, Fax Broadcasting, Trade Shows...you name it. I have first hand experience in understanding the challenges that you face as a Business Owner, they were the same for me.
I really wish I would have had Infusionsoft back then...my life would have been MUCH, MUCH EASIER.
Fast forward again to the present. When I was looking at my business options, I wanted to map where I was going and how was I going to get there. I wanted to use all of my past experience as a springboard to launch the next career path. My diversified background had equipped me to look at business objectives from different perspectives to find the best approaches and solutions. With my personal vigor and seasoned experience I was attentive to details…with my steadfast determination I was able to follow through, completing projects that may be considered tedious.
Then entered Infusionsoft. I came upon the application by way of a local sales training company, Dancing Elephants Acheivement Group. I was meeting with them, discussing my own career path and we happened upon the fact that they had a need for some IT consulting to get this Infusionsoft application up and running their campaigns. As I started working with Infusionsoft, I began to recognize the enormous power of this robust work horse.. I remember launching one of the first campaigns and watch people sign up, it was like magic...I was hooked and I wanted to know more.
So, off I go to Phoenix, AZ for an intense training and certification with Infusionsoft. I met most of the executive team while I was there and I am most impressed with the focused and consolidated unity to the core values of Infusionsoft. These are real people who have their sleeves rolled up to work agressively for the success of small businesses.
Identifying and working towards objectives is critical to the success of any business. I understand team dynamics from first hand experience and can understand the motivations to achieve efficiency. Successful team dynamics should be energizing, and as an individual component of the team, my ability to work independently with your business adds a level of support that strengthens the team and I look forward to being a contributor here on the forum. |
